If you are an individual, you affirm that you are of legal age to enter into a binding contract, or if registering on behalf of an entity, that you are authorized to do so. The Service is not available to individuals under 13 years old or those not legally competent to contract. Minors must access the Service under the supervision of a parent or guardian. Aooks reserves the right to refuse Service to any person or entity and may alter its eligibility criteria at any time.

To become a Premium User, you may need to provide personal information and make payments through approved Payment Methods. Aooks utilizes third-party payment gateways for processing payments. Payments are non-refundable, and Aooks does not provide refunds or credits for partial membership periods or unused Content. Aooks reserves the right to change Content pricing and availability.
As our Content is digital, payments are non-refundable, and we do not offer refunds or credits for unused Content. We do not provide shipping or returns for our digital Content.
By submitting User Submissions on the Site or through the Service, you grant Aooks a broad license to use, modify, distribute, and exploit such submissions as determined by Aooks, including publicly displaying, reformatting, incorporating into marketing materials, creating derivative works, and promoting through various media channels. This license extends to other users of the Site and Service, allowing them to access and utilize your User Submissions. However, your ownership and license rights in your submissions remain unaffected unless agreed otherwise in writing. You understand that removed User Submissions may persist in backup copies for a reasonable period or remain accessible to users who previously accessed or downloaded them.
You agree to use the Service in compliance with these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited actions include uploading or distributing Content that infringes on third-party rights, violates laws, deceives or misleads recipients, impersonates others, threatens national security, or contains malicious software. Aooks does not guarantee the availability of Content or User Submissions and reserves the right to remove or block any material deemed inappropriate. Users are encouraged to report inappropriate content for immediate action.
Aooks is not liable for disruptions in the Service due to technical issues, including errors, disconnections, or interruptions in internet services, software, or hardware. Users assume all risks associated with such disruptions.
The Service may display advertisements and links to third-party websites. Aooks is not responsible for the content or legality of these sites and resources. Users access third-party websites at their own risk and acknowledge that Aooks does not endorse or control these sites.

Aooks may terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, effective immediately. Fees, including Premium Charges, are non-refundable upon termination. Certain provisions, including ownership rights and disclaimers, survive termination.
Aooks disclaims any special relationship with users and is not liable for Content accessed through the Service. Users release Aooks from liability related to Content and interactions with other users. Aooks does not screen users or verify their information and is not responsible for user conduct or damages resulting from interactions with other users. Users are advised to exercise caution in their interactions and refrain from disclosing personal information. Any controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement between the parties (including their respective assignees, affiliates, attorneys, and/or agents), or their relationship, either during the existence of the relationship or afterward, shall be resolved solely and exclusively by the New Delhi courts
These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and Aooks regarding the Service, superseding all prior communications. If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Failure to enforce any right does not waive future enforcement. Waivers must be provided in writing to be binding.
Aooks reserves the right to modify or replace any of these Terms of Use, or change, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. Changes will be posted on the Site or communicated through the Service or email. Users are responsible for checking these Terms of Use periodically for changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms of Use.
To report copyright or trademark infringement, contact Aooks's designated agent with detailed information about the infringement. Aooks will promptly remove allegedly infringing material upon receiving a valid notice. If the complainant obtains a court order within 21 days, the material will be permanently removed; otherwise, it will be restored.
Aooks may give notice through various means, including the Service, email, or written communication. Users may give notice to Aooks through written communication as specified.
These Terms of Use may not be assigned or transferred without Aooks's approval. Aooks may assign these Terms of Use to a subsidiary, affiliate, or successor. No agency or partnership is created between users and Aooks. If any provision is deemed illegal or unenforceable, it will be replaced with a valid provision with a similar effect. These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between users and Aooks.
The Agreement regarding Aooks Coins includes the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Use. By receiving, purchasing, or redeeming Coins, users agree to be bound by the Agreement.
Aooks Coins can be received, purchased, and redeemed for eligible digital products and services through the Aooks Platform. Base Coins do not expire, but Bonus Coins may have expiry dates at Aooks's discretion.
Coins can be redeemed for eligible products and services. Purchases of Coins are final, and Coins cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash except as required by law. Restrictions may apply to the receipt and use of Coins.
Software provided in connection with the Coins is subject to the Terms of Use.
Users can cancel their subscription at any time, but access will continue until the end of the billing cycle.
Aooks may change, suspend, or discontinue the Coins program at any time. Termination may occur if users violate the Agreement or engage in fraud or misuse of Coins.
